The hotel offers well-equipped and really comfortable rooms in an excellent location with friendly staff. It has everything we needed and is excellent value for money when split between us all.
The hotel provided a modern and spacious self-contained apartment designed for 6 persons, which was excellent for my family. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, a big thank you to Rajeshkumar and Parsuram for doing a fabulous job. The service was very nice, professional, efficient, and helpful, especially for families. The location, while near Dubai Mall and with a metro station in front, felt too small and crowded. The dining experience was a mix, with yummy options but some disappointment. Overall, a great stay with a few areas for improvement.
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel with excellent hospitality from the very positive staff. The apartment was spacious and boasted a huge balcony offering stunning views of the ocean and Burj Khalifa. However, the dining options were lacking variety and the additional charges for luggage were a bit off-putting.

The hotel had an excellent view of the Burj Khalifa and downtown, beautiful and spacious rooms, but some noise from outside. The service was very accommodating, especially reception staff Asela, Mumtaz, and Jessica. The location is well connected and conveniently placed on Sheikh Zayed Road, close to Dubai Mall and Khalifa tower. The dining experience was good, albeit with the same breakfast every day. The facilities were top-notch, and the hotel is a home away from home.
